At the bottom of the property against the golf course, is a hidden One Bedroom Casita.  Enter through its garden patio, with a private BBQ and a sitting water  fountain.   The large kitchen and bedroom windows bring in the fresh air and golf course view.  For added comfort, there are ceiling fans in every room and an air conditioner in the kitchen and bedroom.   This one-bedroom Detached Casita has a colorful Mexican decor with all the comforts of home.

The bedroom has a king bed, and a TV with WIFI streaming free movies.  There are 2 bedside tables, a large dresser, and 2 tall closets for your personals.

The large double vanity bathroom, has a full-sized laundry unit, a step-in-shower and plenty of linens.   It also features a wall of closet to create a full service “dressing room”.

There is plenty of cookware, silverware, and pot and pans in the Casita fully equipped kitchen.  Imagine preparing a round of tacos and Margaritas with the soft sound of the sitting water fountain right outside your door.   “Alexia” can accompany you with your favorite tunes.    Enjoy the convenient outdoor propane BBQ grill in the privacy of your own casita patio.

DISCLOSURES:
The casita at the lower end of the property.  This may not be a good choice if you are not used to stairs.

POOL SERVICE, GARDENERS and other home maintenance and repair maintain the outside of the home once or twice a week. They never come into the home, without notice or emergency service.  Garbage is picked up curbside twice a week.

PRIVACY:  Although your patio is private, you will see gardeners, pool service. fumigation, cleaning girls on your patio and other renters accessing the golf course from the path that outlines your patio’s garden.

PARKING: Available across the street.

OTHER repairs/updates may be required during your stay.

FUMIGATION for inside and outside is scheduled and then you are given “notice”.  They will need access to the home.  It takes approximately 30 to dry.  It is recommended to have pets out of the home during this time.

*NO GARBAGE DISPOSAL: You will be responsible for any plumbing type backups due to tenant error.

REPAIRS IN MEXICO: Most guests know right away we offer more than most  rentals and do all we can to provide quality service. As in any part of the world especially in Mexico, finding the right parts for repairs and/or having servicemen come as needed can be a challenge. We do not offer any refunds for any service, water, electrical, mother nature challenge that may need attention.  We only do more then most people (even if we have to dig the hole ourselves!)

*The large Casa pool is available when no one is renting the Casa.

*The Casa Jacuzzi heater is unfortunately not offered to any Casitas.

OTHER AMENITIES: You can use the small casita pool anytime.  Although we often allow Casita renters to use the large pool when no one is renting the Casa, we do not allow the use of the Jacuzzi heater.

The home sits on the golf course.  We often have golf balls falling into the pool and other areas around the home.   You can also hear the gardeners on the golf course late at night and early morning, fireworks at night. voices of golfers. wave crashing…
