This Website Page shows the 4-story home has great privacy with 4 bedrooms having their own bathrooms.

Bring the whole family!   All 4 bedrooms have a storage bench at the end of the bed that contains all that is needed for a twin air mattress to be placed in any room. There is also an extra twin bed in the OPEN Lounge Landing at the bottom of the staircase.

The Main Floor includes a Living Room, a Half Bathroom, a Kitchen, a Bar, and a Dining Room with Large Bay Windows. Enjoy a margarita on the deck, overlooking the pool, golf course, and ocean view.

The pool should always be at a comfortable temperature with the solar water collector heating.

Our new rooftop patio with its outdoor kitchen and firepit,  is a great way to end the day.

DURING HURRICANE SEASON: Weather is normally very hot, there is a lot of rain, and power outages are common, *Windows often will be covered with hurricane protection.

SHORT TERM RENTAL HOUSE RULES:
Guest’s Departure Activities are listed in the Contract, Check In/Out Doc,  and on the refrigerator.
Hosts are responsible for forwarding contracts to other guests.
The host must CC the owner when forwarding the contract
Cancellation Policy varies between contracts and seasons.

~PET FEE is $75 USD / $1200 Pesos per pet,  per stay/month

Your security deposit will be forfeited with any pet damages to the home.
We’re not responsible for pet stay challenges.
Barking for extended periods can cause neighbor pet complaints, which may result in early departure.

DISCLOSURES:
As you can see in our photos, our home may not be the best choice for guests who have a problem with stairs.

Pool service and gardeners visit the property and pool areas once or twice a week.  They never enter the home without notice or emergency service.

Garbage is picked up curbside twice a week.

Fumigation for inside and outside of the homes is scheduled monthly.  They will need access to the home.  It takes approximately 30 minutes to dry.  It is recommended to have pets out of the home during this time.

We do not have a garbage disposal.  You will be responsible for any plumbing-type backups due to tenant error during your stay.

Most guests know right away we offer more than most vacation rentals and provide quality service.   Repairs may be required during your stay.   As in any part of the world, finding the right parts for repairs and having servicemen come as needed can be challenging.   We do not offer refunds for any service, water, electrical, or acts of mother nature’s challenges.

The home sits on the golf course, and near the ocean.  We often have golf balls falling onto the property.   You can also hear the gardeners on the golf course early in the morning, conversations from other properties, dogs barking, waves crashing, and fireworks going off at night.

We ask guests to take their conversation inside at night.  Loud conversations may have neighbors complaining and “bend unwanted ears”.  :O)

Our home may not be the best choice with very small children.
The pool does not have security gates.  You are responsible for your pets and children’s safety.
The inside spiral staircase may not be safe for very young children.
The pool is 4′ deep.  Driving is not allowed in the pool.

There are other casitas on the property that often have occupants.  The casita renters can use the pool till 6 pm.

Parking may not be available in front of the home.
