This darling Studio Casita is all you need for a comfortable stay in San Jose Del Cabo, on the affluent street of Paseo Finisterra.

It is walking distance for most people to many restaurants, bars, and shopping in San Jose Del Cabo. Parking is available on the Street or inside your own private covered Carport for a fee.  Walk down the stairs to enter through large French Door Windows to this Detached air-conditioned Casita Studio.

This Studio Casita includes a Full Bathroom, Full Kitchen, King-sized bed,  50″ TV, and a queen sized futon at the bottom of the bed.    Enjoy the highest speed Fiber-optics Internet that Mexico has to offer.   There is a storage room for your use to store luggage and pantry items.

Feel free to enjoy the large Villa’s solar-heated pool.

The Activity room includes a full-sized laundry unit, beach umbrellas, Beach chairs, beach towels, ice chests, and more.  These are all available for your use.

Presently there are 2 master bedrooms that can be available to rent if friends are joining you, and want their own bedroom. (see “master bedroom” on this site)

This includes helping if any water in the home, it can cause damage or be unsafe.
You would contact and supervise any serviceman to help if needed.

DURING HURRICANE SEASON: Weather is normally very hot, there is a lot of rain, and power outages are common, *Windows may have to be covered with hurricane protection. (breakage)

It is your responsibility to check out the home and report any challenges.
This includes helping if there is any water in the home that can cause damage.

SHORT TERM RENTAL HOUSE RULES:
Guest’s Departure Activities listed in the Contract, Check-In/Out Doc,  and on the refrigerator.
Less than 60 days before travel Cancellation Credit is outlined in Contract.

DISCLOSURES:

POOL SERVICE, GARDENERS, and other home maintenance and repair maintain the outside of the home once or twice a week. They never come into the home, without notice or emergency service.  Garbage is picked up curbside twice a week.

PRIVACY:  Open your french doors or curtains and you may see other renters and service people.   Open your window (or not) you may hear voices or music.

OTHER repairs/updates may be required during your stay.

FUMIGATION for inside and outside is scheduled monthly.  They will need access to the home.  It takes approximately 30 to dry.  It is recommended to have pets out of the home during this time.

*NO GARBAGE DISPOSAL: You will be responsible for any plumbing type backups due to tenant error.

REPAIRS IN MEXICO: Most guests know right away we offer more than most vacation rentals and do all we can to provide quality service. As in any part of the world especially in Mexico, finding the right parts for repairs and/or having servicemen come as needed can be a challenge. We do not offer any refunds for any service, water, electrical, mother nature challenge that may need attention. We only do more than most people (even if we have to dig the hole ourselves!) to get any repair done.

PARKING: If you carport is not reserved as a monthly upgrade, you may hear the car pull in or out of serviceman when they use the carport above for storage and/or service.

OTHER AMENITIES: Although we often allow Studio renters to use the large Casa laundry room and large pool when no one is renting the Casa, we do not allow the use of the Jacuzzi heater or firepit.

SISTERN: We have a cistern that stores backup water, underneath El Studio.  Often the city water is shut off and the cistern will lose water.  When the city water returns, it refills the cistern.  You will able to hear the cistern when it fills with water.

Hurricane Season has more power outages.
The property owners are not on site. Therefore you will need to assess with repair man for services you need.
