The Casita has own private pool and a privacy wall before it’s entry.   The pool is serviced twice a week and a gardener once a week.

The bedroom has a king bed, and WIFI streaming free movies.   There are bedside tables with storage, a large dresser and, a small closet for your personals.

The large bathroom has more than enough storage space and features a full-sized laundry unit for your convenience.

There is plenty of cookware, silverware, and pot and pans in the Casita fully equipped kitchen.  Enjoy preparing a round of tacos and Margaritas with the sound of the waterfall.     The Propane BBQ grill is only a couple steps away, poolside!

TENANT PAYs: CFE Electricity

You are responsible for preparing the home and exterior for any potential weather damage.
This includes helping if any water in the home that can cause damage or be unsafe.
You would contact and supervise any serviceman to help if needed.

DURING HURRICANE SEASON: Weather is normally very hot, there is a lot of rain, and power outages are common, *Windows may have to be covered with hurricane protection. (breakage)

PET FEE $75 USD / $1290 Pesos per stay or per month

The deposit is forfeited with any pet damages to the home. (fur/urine/dropping around home)

Barking for extended periods of time can cause neighbor pet complaints and may result in early departure.

SHORT TERM RENTAL HOUSE RULES:
Guest’s Departure Activities are listed in the Contract, Check-In/Out Doc,  and on the refrigerator.
A signed contract that details “House Rules.”

DISCLOSURES:
POOL SERVICE, GARDENERS, and other home maintenance and repair maintain the outside of the home once or twice a week. They never come into the home, without notice or emergency service.

Garbage is picked up curbside twice a week.

OTHER repairs/updates may be required during your stay.

FUMIGATION for inside and outside is scheduled monthly.  They will need access to the home.  It takes approximately 30 minutes to dry.  It is recommended to have pets out of the home during this time.

*NO GARBAGE DISPOSAL: You will be responsible for any plumbing-type backups due to tenant error.

REPAIRS IN MEXICO: Most guests know right away we offer more than most vacation rentals, and provide quality service.  As in any part of the world, finding the right parts for repairs and/or having servicemen come as needed can be a challenge.   We do not offer any refunds for any service, water, electrical, or acts of mother nature’s challenges.

The home sits on the golf course, and near the ocean.  We often have golf balls falling onto the property.   You can also hear the gardeners on the golf course late at night, conversations from other properties, dogs barking, waves crashing, and fireworks going off at night.

OTHER AMENITIES: Although we often allow Casita renters to use the large pool when no one is renting the Casa, we do not allow the use of the Jacuzzi heater or fire pit.

PARKING is not available in front of the home.
