Our newest casita completed in 2023, and is one of our most creative featuring 3 story for you to enjoy.   There are ceiling fans and an air conditioner in the kitchen and bedroom.  Many window create a wonderful breeze through out the home.  This one-bedroom Casita has a colorful Mexican decor with all the comforts of home.

The first story is the kitchen living room area.  It is a small space.   Yet, has all the comforts of home.  There is plenty of cookware, silverware, and pots and pans in the Casita fully equipped kitchen.   Enjoy your meal with a wonderful breeze coming through the many windows and a beautiful path golf course view through the tall french doors.   “Alexia” can accompany you with your favorite tunes.

The second floor is the bedroom.  It has a king bed and a TV with WIFI streaming free movies.  There are 2 bedside tables, and built-in cabinets for your clothing and other personal items.  Two steps up into your full bathroom.

The 3rd story enters the rooftop patio.  A love seat hangs from the roof ceiling created to ensure sun protection even on a sunny day.   It is a comfortable chair for 2 or you can curl up on your own, to enjoy the quiet hind away with the best Ocean View.   A mini fridge and half bathroom is there for your convenince.

You are responsible for preparing the home and exterior for any potential weather damage.
This includes helping if any water in the home that can cause damage or be unsafe.

DURING HURRICANE SEASON: Weather is normally very hot, there is a lot of rain, and power outages are common, *Windows may have to be covered with hurricane protection. (breakage)

SHORT TERM RENTAL HOUSE RULES:
Guest’s Departure Activities are listed in the Contract, Check-In/Out Doc,  and on the refrigerator.

DISCLOSURES:
This may not be a good choice if you are not comfortable with stairs.

POOL SERVICE, GARDENERS, and other home maintenance and repair maintain the outside of the home once or twice a week. They never come into the home, without notice or emergency service.

Garbage is picked up curbside twice a week.

OTHER repairs/updates may be required during your stay.

FUMIGATION for inside and outside is scheduled monthly.  They will need access to the home.  It takes approximately 30 minutes to dry.  It is recommended to have pets out of the home during this time.

REPAIRS IN MEXICO: Most guests know right away we offer more than most vacation rentals, and provide quality service.  As in any part of the world, finding the right parts for repairs and/or having servicemen come as needed can be a challenge.   We do not offer any refunds for any service, water, electrical, or acts of mother nature’s challenges.

The home sits on the golf course, and near the ocean.  We often have golf balls falling onto the property.   You can also hear the gardeners on the golf course late at night, conversations from other properties, dogs barking, waves crashing, and fireworks going off at night.
