The home sits on the Vidanta Golf Course on top of the affluent street of Paseo Finisterra. It is Architecturally designed in the shape of a Conch Shell. With painted white curved walls and circular open staircase running throughout it’s center, we named this home Concha Blanca.
It is approximately 3000 square feet. The light from the 8-foot skylight brings in natural sun and moonlight into the home and all the way down this 3 story staircase to the Lower open landing
Great privacy is offered with 4 private master bedroom suites, with their own bathroom, with massive showers. Each of the 4 bedrooms has a King or Queen bed and a twin air mattress set up in storage benches. There is also a Twin Bed in the open Lounge Landing at the bottom of the staircase
The Main Floor includes a Living Room, a Half Bathroom, Kitchen, Bar and Dining Room with large Bay Windows. Enjoy a margarita on the deck, looking onto your PRIVATE pool.

Parking is available on the Street or inside your own private covered Carport. Walk down the stairs to enter through large French Door Windows to this Detached air-conditioned Casita Studio.
This Studio Casita includes a Full Bathroom, Full Kitchen, King-sized bed, 50″ TV. Enjoy the highest speed Fiber-optics Internet that Mexico has to offer is complimentary.
